The next stage of the Maarjamõisa Medical Campus will be built by Nordecon together with Embach Ehitus (06.07.2020)

Tartu University Hospital Foundation signed a general contract with AS Nordecon, which participated in the joint tender along with its subsidiary Embach Ehitus, for Phase III of the construction of the Maarjamõisa Medical Campus. The cost of the contract is EUR 47.3 million, plus VAT. Construction works will begin in July and last for approximately two years.
During Phase III of the construction of the Medical Campus, two new wings will be added to the L. Puusepa 8 building complex. Wing M will become the new children’s hospital and Wing C will be home to the Ear Clinic, the Women’s Clinic’s Family Centre and Outpatient Surgery.
